Hey .. I'm feeling quite down today because of the workout .. Even thought i did my pb time again , but i didn't finish the workout & it's like the last set of 400m left ! I don't know why , i just feel very tired ..At first I told Mr shawn and Mr Ram that my leg was painfully , that's why I stopped .But that's not the case .. I just feeling like giving up & I did .. I told them the true in the end , but mr Shawn congrats me .. ?! He said that i'm the first person that admit i gave up .. Then i was like .."oh ..ok"
I think it's because i went really too fast for the first 2 sets .. I did 3.04 & 02 for the first 2 sets and i was like kinda shocked too ..Hais ..well .. I swear that i won't give up again during workout or race ..not anymore !!!!!
