ok,So yun feng , tommy & weiqiang found out my blog-link ..haha ! congrats !Today's workout is fabulous !! Finally some after time , i broke my 1k pb ! By 2 sec ! But the sad part is that when mr ram told me about the dsa thing to hci ..Arh ..forget it ..
But i feel kinda sad for Xu Ying ..He didn't hit his pb & do the workout after that ..When i talk to him , he started to cry .. He's like one of the most , or should I say the most hardworking person in the team la ..He don't junk food , train hard , do extra training , follow wat mr ram said and etc ..but still didn't hit pb ..This is what he told me la .. so is like kinda sad ..But i think that is ok la because he's only sec 2 and he still have a long long way to go !! Hope that things run well for him next week ! : )
