yo folks !! Gosh , i'm feeling so shagged today .. Slept at 1am plus then woke up at 5am and went to stadium for run . After then run , went back to school for lesson until 3pm then went for training at hci .. Eh .. i felt so lousy and un-motivated when doing the workout ..It's like i pant alot during the workout whereas the rest are not ! We did 1k x 10sets & at first i wanna to stop at the 8th set , but didn't . All thanks to XUYING ! : ))Oh ya , my MILER has arrived !! It cost me $132.50 ! It's kinda exp because of the shipping fee .. Although it's light , but not used to wearing it ..It gives me a "tall" feeling ..haha ! Arh ..wanna to upload the photo of the spike , but blogspot.com don't seem to be working .. stupid site !
oh oh .. kaiming , weiqiang & i planning to go for the OSIM TRI 2007 ! We may be participate in the junior relay ! But ..hmm.. i felt that i will drag them down la ..Somemore the fee is so exp ..$190 for a team ..hais .. see how see how ..
