yoz !! today's training is like still fine . But i pant alot , don't know why . Really going to build up on my stamina or else i'm going to die when running national 3k ..

Went to New Balance warehouse sales yesterday with tommy,yiming & shi jun .. The stuff over there are quite cheap compare to those outlet ones ..So I bought a short & a long sleeve shirt ..

Yiming was damn funny la because he just try the short on the spot ..haha !! And i took a snap shot of it : )

There's one running short ... eh ...hahah !! We called that the balls short ..hahaha !!! i have a picture of shijun trying that short too ! ha!

Went to Mustafa with Tommy & we meet up with Yun Feng .. Eh .. went to the sports section , but didn't managed to find the bottle i wanna to buy .. They have it , but not the colour .. Arh ! No matter what i must find the bottle with the colour i wanted !!And i'm going to town tml to look for it !! Eh .. sorry sorry .!

oh well , gtg sleep now ! need to wake up at 5am leh !!
