hey hey !! Finally my 1k went down to sub 2.50 !! We had our last workout yesterday ! feng and i did the same timing !After training , samuel , nu ge & i went to town to shop ! It's the last day of 5% gst ! hahaha!! But we didn't get anything in the end ..We were just slacking in Starbuck doing nothing ..haha !
oh well , 4 more days to national !! But ..... Arh ! Good luck to those who are running too !!
Went for my 2nd church service today !! It was really fabulous ! Yeah !
