heyhey! Managed to finish my long run today!! 12k leh! haha! Although it's not really that much , but to people like me who just came back from training is alot okay!
I'm now rotting at home and doing nothing can! Don't know what can i do! I really wanna to work la ! I just msg-ed fredrick to ask for some admin work , hopefully there is good news!
PLUSH this tues ! whoowhoo! haha! I wanna to go la , die die also want to go ! hahaha! Then it shall be the first time i club! ^^
OH YA! Monday i must wake up like 4 am?! To go and pace Mr Ram and Ling at ccab! We have to get there at 5am and the workout/pacing start at 5.30am! This is so crazy man , still have not decide how to get there !
