Bless the Lord man! :DI really thank Him for his blessing again ! I mean, other then saying thanks , what can i do? but thank You :)
He was with me through my tiring workout today! We did 1k x 3sets and it was great :)
All I told myself during the run was that I run for Him and for His glory !!
Anyway, after the workout , we had something special today! We went to the poolside to have our legs soaked into the ice water! It was said that it helps us to recover faster and it's good. But it was really super cold and painful la! We did 3 sets and 3 min per set. Mr ram told that we're supposed to do this after every workout , time trial or races.!
